Lifetime Guarantee
We provide a lifetime warranty against material defects in materials and workmanship covering our custom-designed and installed products for as long as you own the home where our systems are installed, and as long as those systems remain where our installation team placed them.
We also provide a limited one-year warranty from the date of installation against any material defects in materials covering our entire range of products.
What's Covered
- Material defects in all manufactured components
- Workmanship defects in installation
- Structural integrity of the installed system
- Drawer slides, hinges, and soft-close mechanisms
- All custom-fabricated components from our facility
Exclusions
- Components manufactured by third parties (e.g., light bulbs)
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Fading from light or smoke exposure
- Damage from use other than normal intended use
- Any alterations made by anyone other than our team
Important: If any alterations are made to any single location by anyone other than our team, all warranties and guarantees are nullified, as the structure, strength, or stability of the system we manufactured will be altered and we cannot undertake any liability for the entire installation location.
