We built the tracker to end that. The moment your project starts you get a private link. Open it whenever you like and you'll see precisely where your job stands, what happened most recently, and what's coming next.

The chat sits at the top, above the timeline, because it's the thing people reach for. Messages go to the production manager running your job — not a call center, not a shared inbox — and when a reply lands, the page tells you.

As far as we know, no other closet manufacturer in Central Florida offers anything like it — and we've not found one anywhere in the country doing it this way.

One button on your tracker opens your private project file — everything we hold for your job, in the order you'd want it: pictures first, then the paperwork.

Your 3D renders come first, because that's what you want to look at. Every rendering we produce for your job appears here on its own, without being sent as an attachment. Tap one and it opens full-screen; swipe or use the arrows to move through the set, and there's a filmstrip along the bottom to jump straight to the one you want.

Then the paperwork. Your plans and drawings, your quotations, your signed agreement, and every invoice raised on the job. Each one shows a picture of its own first page, so you can tell the quote from the contract at a glance instead of opening three identical-looking files.

And a way to pay. When a deposit is due, a button appears with the amount already filled in. Under a price estimate it reads Pay Deposit to Place Order; once your job is running it becomes the deposit or the final balance. Payment goes through Stripe by bank transfer or card, and the button removes itself the moment the money clears — so you are never asked twice.

Private, not public. Your link carries a 24-character random key, so it can't be guessed or stumbled upon, and it isn't listed anywhere public. This page tells search engines not to index it, and your files are never linked to directly — every one is checked against your link before a byte is sent.

One last milestone. When your project completes, your tracker unlocks a $250 gift coupon — a thank-you for trusting us with your home & your dreams!

Pay Without Ringing Anyone

Do I need to download an app?+

Not from an app store. Your tracker is a private web page — tap “Install Temporary App” and it installs straight to your phone's home screen and opens like any other app. No app store, no account, no password. It's temporary by design: once your project is complete and archived, it retires itself.

How do I get my tracking link?+

We send it to you once your project starts. The link is private to your job — bookmark it, save it to your home screen, or forward it to your spouse or builder.

Does it cost anything?+

No. Live project tracking is included with every Designer Closets project at no charge. It's part of how we work, not an upgrade.

Can I see my designs and drawings on it?+

Yes. Behind the “Documents, Designs, Pricing, Invoices” button sits your private project file: every 3D render we produce for your job, your plans and drawings, your quotations, your signed agreement, and every invoice. Renders open full-screen and you can swipe straight through the set.

Can I pay from the tracker?+

Yes. When a deposit or a balance is due, a payment button appears on your documents page with the amount already filled in. Payment is handled by Stripe — bank transfer (ACH) or credit card — and we never see or store your card details. Once the payment clears, the button removes itself.

Is it safe to have my paperwork on a web page?+

Your link contains a 24-character random key, so it cannot be guessed or stumbled upon, and it isn't listed anywhere public. Your documents page tells search engines not to index it, and your files are never linked to directly either: each one is checked against your link before a single byte is sent.

Who actually answers the chat?+

Your production manager — the person responsible for your job in our St. Cloud facility. It isn't a call center or an outsourced service, which is why the answers are specific.

How quickly does the status update?+

Milestones are marked as the work happens in our shop, so what you see reflects where your project genuinely stands rather than a projected schedule. New renders and documents appear on your page automatically, usually within about fifteen minutes of being filed.

What happens when my project is finished?+

Your tracker unlocks a $250 gift coupon as a thank-you, and we'd genuinely value hearing how the project went. A little while after the job closes, the page retires itself.
