These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website designer-closets.com and the services offered by Designer Closets & Cabinets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our design, manufacturing, or installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Designer Closets & Cabinets provides custom closet systems, cabinetry, and storage solutions for residential and commercial clients in Greater Orlando, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, and surrounding areas in Florida. Our services include in-home design consultation, manufacturing, delivery, and professional installation. Specific scope, pricing, and warranty terms are set forth in your signed contract or proposal.

2. Quotes, Deposits & Payment

Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated therein. A deposit may be required to begin design, manufacturing, or scheduling. Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Failure to pay according to the agreed schedule may result in delay or cancellation of services. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Installation

Installation dates are scheduled subject to manufacturing lead times and installer availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain, or site readiness). You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and to ensure the space is ready as specified in your contract.

4. Warranties

Our Lifetime Warranty and any other warranty terms are set forth in our separate Lifetime Warranty document and in your contract. These Terms do not modify or limit those warranty rights.

5. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, or use our content, images, or branding without written permission. We reserve the right to update or discontinue the website or any feature at any time. Information on the website is for general reference; it does not replace the terms of your contract or warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designer Closets & Cabinets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
